Villa is a luxurious modern summer residence, located over the bay of Mlini, 10 minutes away from the city of Dubrovnik, 1 km from the sea and 1 km from the center of place Mlini.

Villa is supreme modern building of a recent date. Villa has very distinctive look and looks like some kind of gallery or viewpoint. The exterior of the villa has simple lines and atypical architectural form, characteristic for contemporary conceptual designs. It is dominated by large glass panels that "open" up the surface area and supply it with a huge amount of light, converting this charming villa in the powerful concentration of positive energy and relaxing atmosphere.

Villa has a surface of 750 m2 and consists of two parts. Main, central part has three floors: wellness area with pool and sauna on the ground floor, the first and the second floor, and additional apartment Dream on the ground floor.

Central part of Villa has 4 bedrooms, 11(+2) beds, 5 bathrooms and is suitable for luxury accommodation of 11-13 people.

Additional apartment Dream is made of living room, small kitchen, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with double beds fully completes this edifice. It is an extra accommodation for 4+2 people.

On the ground floor of the Villa there are extremely attractive facilities for leisure and recreation, such as: gym, large indoor pool of substantial dimensions, heated swimming pool bar with cooled drinks, jacuzzi, whirlpool, sauna and massage room. In addition, on the ground floor, there is an additional suite with living room, two bedrooms with double bed, small kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Apartment Dream completes and decorates the ground floor.

On the first floor of Villa two spacious living rooms are placed, one with the terrace of a unique panoramic view. On this floor there are also a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and study room, suitable for catching up with your correspondence, making the phone calls or just relaxing with a good book. There is also a bedroom for 5 people with a separate entrance, 2 double beds, 1 bed for 1 person and a bathroom with shower.

On the second floor of Villa there are three double bedrooms, equipped with comfortable matrimonial beds and en-suite bathrooms.

Villa has a beautiful ground area with many attractive contents. This area is decorated with carefully maintained charming paths, larger and smaller garden areas at different levels, a charming summer gazebo with fireplace and dining furniture.

Villa is fully air-conditioned. The villa is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, telephone, Internet, safe, fax, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, egg boiler, cafe maker, juice maker, iron and ironing board, billiard table, hair dryer, pool, terrace, garden, gym, Jacuzzi, sauna and massage room. Cot and feeder for the baby are available on request. The villa has a parking place for all the guests.

Villa also has a private car and a boat that guests can use during their stay, on extra charge.
